Data will be collected as long as PRIF is sending publications or other information or until the person concerned revokes his/her agreement.

We point to your right to appeal against the procession of personal data at the responsible supervisory authority which is in our case the data protection officer of Hesse. Data Protection Officer
The position was established at PRIF in 1999. The data protection officer works in accordance with the Hessian Data Protection Act (HDPA), the (German) Federal Data Protection Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Council Framework Decision 2008/977/JHA.
